Social Media Manager (Full Time - Permanent)

Our aim is to establish ourselves as a global leader in Credit Management SaaS platform technology. We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time office-based role in Glasgow.

The Social Media & Content Marketing Manager should have up to date knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills with a tremendous opportunity to really make the role your own! Your remit will be global, and your key responsibilities will include:
- Create and own the digital/social media marketing plan
- Implementing content across all digital platforms
- Develop professional and highly engaging graphic image, video and written content.
- Manage all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Create content for promotional events and exhibitions
- Select and design appropriate imagery to develop consistent branding globally
- Use WordPress to edit and add pages to the existing website
- Design, create, edit and post content, videos and podcasts
- Identifying and evaluating new trends in social media, digital marketing, and new technologies to ensure their digital presence is at the forefront of industry developments
- Looking for ways to innovate the journey of social media users, understanding customer profiles and segments and how these work within Digital Marketing channels and content
- Reporting and analysing data – using key metric tools to develop on-going reporting output to showcase social media performance to key stakeholders in the business.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Continuously improve website design and development, supporting to deliver the evolving brand and experience
- Photo editing experience using adobe
- Proactively maintaining an understanding of digital marketing trends, tools and features, and implementing new approaches to consistently deliver the latest practices.
- Keep their platforms current, impactful, inspirational, and engaging with ideas for exciting and innovative features/tools
- Digital Content Management – maintaining, refreshing, and uploading content and ensuring the content is integrated and accurate
- Proactive, self-motivated and ability to manage own workload
