Job Brief
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline including undertaking an initial product demo.

Skills/Knowledge
- Experience of working in a B2B, target driven SaaS environment
- Excellent communication skills – telephone and video
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability complete product demonstrations both face to face and online
- Excellent knowledge of sales process

Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through various sources
- Contact potential leads via phone, email and other channels to introduce our business and product
- Follow up on leads generated from internal referrals, organic traffic, paid adverts and app store
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Qualify leads and complete platform demonstrations
- Update and maintain CRM with accurate information
- Liaising with Marketing Team
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
