Know-it March RoundupšŸš€

Know-it March RoundupšŸš€

It’s officially Spring! This time of year means event season for team Know-it and in March we attended our first event of 2024, Elite Business Live and we are looking forward to more events this month!

Read all about what we’ve been up to in March below!

Fireside Chat: Mastering the Art of Cashflow

In March, team Know-it hosted another successful webinar with guests from Gravitate Accounting & Fathom.  Check out the key takeaways:

  • Talk to an advisor about cashflow forecast best practices. Donā€™t be afraid to have difficult conversations and ask ā€œstupidā€ questions.
  • Hire or speak to people that know about accountancy so you can focus on your business and what you do best.
  • Allow technology to automate your manual processes and desensitise asking for money.

If you missed this webinar, don’t worry you can catch up on the recording here.

Success at Elite Business Live

We had a great time attending Elite Business Live in London in March.  Here are the key takeaways from our panel with CEO & Founder of Know-it Lynne Darcey Quigley:

  • Technology is a must have in every business if you want to grow-donā€™t get left behind.
  • Take advantage of free trials to show what technology can offer, this should be enough time to make an impact in your business!
  • Ask for payment! Never be afraid, its easy to send the initial invoice and not chase it up ā€“ speak to your customer.

Team Know-it taking on the Kiltwalk!

At the end of April, team Know-it are excited to be tackling the Big StollĀ from Clydebank to Loch Lomond for the Glasgow Kiltwalk.Ā  We are walking in aid of the STV Children’s appeal which is a charity we are very passionate about.

Wish us luck for our 14 mile walk and hopefully we get a sunny day!Ā šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

Easily Spot Risky Customers

In March, we introduced Rating Buttons at the top of the “My Companies” page.Ā  You are now able to view the risk levels of all your companies, easily identifying customers that may pose a risk on your business.
