You asked…we listened! Here’s some amazing new updates to the Know-it platform that will really help improve your Chase-it experience!
Our invoice page has a new look…and loads more insights!
Here’s a quick run through of the updates and new insights on Chase-it:
- We “Know” how important internal communication is! You can now easily view if anyone in your team has left a note at invoice or company level.
- Looking for a specific invoice? No problem! You can now search for specific invoices via their invoice number directly in the search bar.
- Organising your invoices has never been so easy. Quickly filter your invoices based on their due date.
- As before, you can easily decide to include or exclude specific invoices from the automated chasing schedule.
- We have also introduced a new Chase Summary page which allows you to view all your active customers in one place. Here you’re able to quickly enable or disable the automated Chase-it schedule for every customer in one click, or simply select which customers will automatically receive automated reminders or not.
