Welcome to the month of August!  The Scottish sunshine may have been hiding this summer, but it hasn’t stopped us growing our team and platform!

The Know-it Team is Growing!

July was a month of growth at Know-it, with three new members joining our team!  We’re so excited to welcome everyone!

First up is Ryszard Jedrzejewski (RJ) who joins us as Chief Operating Officer.  RJ has a wealth of knowledge in the fintech and start-up space, as well as vast experience in the banking sector! We asked RJ some questions about joining team Know-it…here’s what he had to say!

Next up is Michael Frith who joins as PPC Manager.  Michael will be our in-house SEO and Google Ads expert, utilising his experience at large marketing agencies and is now focussing his sights on Know-it and Darcey Quigley.

Last, but not least is Jordan Renwick who joins as Group Chief Technical Officer.  Jordan’s expertise lies in Salesforce development, and will be spearheading the overhaul of our in house CRM! We asked Jordan some questions about joining Know-it, check out what he had to say!

Updates to Chase-it

You asked…we listened! Here’s some amazing new updates to the Know-it platform that will really help improve your Chase-it experience!

Our invoice page has a new look…and loads more insights! 

• We’ve made internal communications easier by displaying if anyone in your team has left a note at invoice or company level.
• You can also now search for a specific invoice by invoice number within the Chase-it search bar!
• We’ve made it easier to organise your invoices, filtering them by their due date!
• We’ve introduced a Chase Summary page which allows you to view all your active customers in one place!
