Salesforce Developer (Remote)
A brand-new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Lightning Components, APEX and Salesforce Architecture to join our team. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around the Salesforce platform and has experience delivering and developing changes as agreed and prioritised by the business. The ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements will be an integral part of the role to ensure a successful Salesforce user experience is delivered to all users.
Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a Salesforce developer familiar with agile methodology and proficient in Lightning Components and strong experience working with APIs
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications, ideally Platform Developer certified
- Prior experience working in a team of developers is preferred
- Strong problem solving skills with an innate curiosity and desire to question the status quo

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Salesforce based on business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce
- Customise and configure Salesforce to enhance user experience and improve system functionality
- Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, development, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications
