What a year it’s been. A record-breaking year for signups, over £25 million in late payments collected in platform, key hires made, awesome product updates and even a trip down under all squeezed into 1 year.

January
Starting The Year On A High With The Addition Of Chris Anderson
Chris joined Know-it in the new year as Group Commercial Director, to drive the UK and International growth plans for the business. Chris also works with Darcey Quigley & Co our in-app Collect-it partner!
February
In-Platform Partnership With Swoop To Offer Invoice Finance!
We introduced invoice financing in-platform to provide a further cashflow solution for businesses adding to the already extensive suite of features. Invoice Finance-it gives Know-it users the facility to find funds to cover invoice payments easier and faster than before by using their own unpaid invoices as collateral.

Our First Customer Success Manager – Clara Gobrecht
With more and more subscribers on our amazing credit management platform every day, Clara was introduced officially as Know-it’s first customer success manager who is on hand to give support to our users to help them get the most out of the Know-it platform!

Introducing Ciaran Crawford, Our First Account Executive
As the platform continued to grow, team Know-it grew to include Ciaran who is responsible for onboarding new users to Know-it and helping them get the most out of the platform!

We H-it London For Accountex
We had a great time talking to new and existing clients whilst showing new audiences how Know-it helps businesses mitigate credit risk, reduce debtor days and boost cashflow!
We are excited to be heading back to Accountex in May 2024 to exhibit at an even bigger stand!
STV Ad Campaign 📺
Having won the prestigious Startup Summit award, we were awarded airtime on STV to reach a national audience on primetime television. Running at peak times during May, our aim was to build brand awareness and educate viewers on the all-in-one credit control platform.

Our Second Trip Of The Year – Digital Accountancy Show
The Digital Accountancy Show was held back in June and took place in London, the team were able to share all about the amazing features of Know-it to likeminded tech savvy accountants.

Lynne Featured On The Fintech Show With Fintech Finance News
Lynne was interviewed on the Fintech Show by Fintech Finance News where she spoke about the importance of liquidity and how getting paid on time is a never-ending battle for businesses and how our platform can help businesses get paid and boost their cashflow. Watch the full video here.

Integration With QuickBooks
July saw the launch of Know-it on the QuickBooks App Store. This meant that QuickBooks users could download the app directly from the QuickBooks app store and seamlessly connect their accounts package to Know-it. This allows users to automate the entire credit control process with ease.

August
Know-it Goes Down Under!
Due to the success of the Know-it platform in the UK, the team took an exciting step to Australia in August. CEO and founder, Lynne Darcey Quigley and Wendy McMurray, Head of Product, headed down under in August as part of the UK Fintech Trade Mission! This strategic move aimed to deliver Know-it’s credit management solution to the Australian market, ensuring that Australian SMEs have access to the platform to effectively manage their credit control process.
As part of the trip we also had some pick up in the Australian press with our first feature in the Sydney Herald!

We Exhibited At Accountex North
Our second time exhibiting here, this year was once again a great success and brilliant opportunity to speak with accountants and bookkeepers at Accountex North. The team made their way from Glasgow to Manchester to promote the platform and showcase the credit control platform.

Debt Collection Team Of The Year
Our in app Collect-it partner Darcey Quigley & Co – Pre Litigation Commercial Debt Recovery Specialists were named Debt Collection Team of the Year at the National Credit Awards 2023!
The Darcey Quigley & Co team are proud to have a 93% success rate recovering overdue invoices with the team working tirelessly to get our clients paid on time.
Feature In XU Magazine
We were excited to work with XU magazine, the independent magazine for Xero users around the world. Our feature was all about Collect-it and how the platform is “Solving the Late Payment Crisis Through Technology”.
The article also discusses CEO & Founder, Lynne Darcey Quigley’s mission to make sure businesses get paid on time, and how Know-it offers SME’s the ability to collect their unpaid invoices seamlessly with the click of a button.
Knowledgebase Launched
October also saw the launch of our brand-new knowledgebase to help Know-it users easily navigate through the platform! The knowledgebase was created to offer help, support and answer FAQ’s in the form of step-by-step “How To” articles and videos, making sure users get the most out of Know-it!

Phil Hobden Announced As Head Of Strategy & Growth
We were so excited to announce the appointment of Phil Hobden as our Head of Strategy & Growth.
As an expert in the fintech field and a well-known name within the UK accounting industry, Phil brought over 15 years of experience, strategic vision, and passion for business growth to the team at Know-it. We are very excited to see how Phil helps Know-it take off! 🚀

Our Mobile App is Launched
This was also an exciting month for Know-it platform updates, as the team announced the launch of the Know-it mobile app. The app allows users to receive live credit management updates via the app, so they are always kept in the know. The app notifies users of things such as changes to a customer’s credit report, alerts to potential customer risks including liquidations or insolvencies and updates on their commercial debt recovery cases on the go.

Gmail Integration
We recently announced the ability to link users Gmail accounts to the platform alongside our Outlook integration. This makes the Chase-it process much more personal for users and significantly increases your chances of getting paid!

A Month Of Celebrating 2023!
December has been a month of celebrating a successful year and working hard to prepare for a new year at Know-it! The team enjoyed a Christmas night out with our in app Collect-it partner, Darcey Quigley & Co as well as taking part in Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day! It’s been a great month to end a successful 2023!
The whole team at Know-it are very much looking forward to a new year of growing awareness of the platform and helping more businesses get paid on time!
